In September 2019, a Nigerian customer ordered a set of cassava flour milling machine from our factory. These machines will be shipped from Qingdao Port to Lagos Port in Nigeria.
He is a customer introduced by our old customer, and he wants to establish a cassava flour processing plant in Nigeria. He learned that we are using a new tapioca flour processing technology that does not require a tapioca peeling machine, but can produce high-quality tapioca flour. He was very interested and contacted our project manager. Our project manager introduced our new processing technology and equipment to him in detail, and sent him pictures of our equipment, running videos and pictures of project cases. He was very satisfied with our new technology. To further confirm our strength, he invited his Chinese friends to visit our factory.
After his friend came to our factory, his friend sent him photos of our factory, video of our prototype, and photos of the processing equipment of our technicians according to his request. Through this visit, he and his friends have recognized our equipment processing capabilities. Therefore, after confirming the equipment list with our sales manager, he confirmed the cooperation with us and signed a contract with us in August.
After a month of design and manufacture, the complete set of tapioca flour mill has been delivered on September 25 as planned. In early November, the customer has received our equipment. He told us that he is completely satisfied with our cassava flour milling machine, and if he expands the factory in the future, he will buy our equipment again.
