The modern technology liquid corn glucose syrup manufacturing process of our company's corn syrup processing plant is as follows:
1. Corn starch milk processing liquid corn glucose syrup manufacturing process
Corn starch processing uses the same wet grinding method as corn starch processing plants: soaking, crushing, corn germ separation and fine grinding, corn stalk separation, and corn gluten separation to obtain pure corn starch milk.
 
2. Adjustment of corn starch milk in the production process of liquid corn glucose syrup
Pump pure starch milk into the buffer tank, adjust the required density and add amylase. Then maintain the temperature for a specific time.
 
3. Manufacturing process of glucose syrup in liquefied corn liquid
The liquefaction process is the conversion of starch into liquid dextrin. Use a spray cooker to spray high-temperature steam onto the material. With the help of amylase and steam, starch will be quickly converted into liquid dextrin.
4. Saccharification section
The saccharification process is to convert liquid dextrin to corn syrup with the required DE value by means of glucoamylase. This process should be run for a few hours at a specific temperature. The process is to get coarse and dark corn syrup.
 
5. Decolorization process of liquid corn glucose syrup
The decolorization process is to remove the color of corn syrup through activated carbon. The corn syrup that achieves the desired DE will be pumped from the saccharification tank into the decolorization tank and mixed with activated carbon for a period of time at an appropriate temperature.
6. Decarbonization process of liquid corn glucose syrup
In the decarburization process, activated carbon is separated from corn syrup by a filter press to obtain a clear corn syrup.
 
7. Ion exchange during the production of liquid corn glucose syrup
The ion exchange process uses resin to remove tiny foreign bodies and unpleasant odors, thereby obtaining high-quality pure corn syrup.
8. Liquid corn glucose syrup evaporation process
The evaporation process is to evaporate the water in the corn syrup to increase the DS of the corn syrup.
Usually, it needs multi-effect evaporator to work with single-effect evaporator to produce corn syrup with high DS value.
 
9. Finished product storage
The corn syrup that meets the DS requirements during the evaporation process will be pumped into the final product storage tank for storage or sale.
