Corn starch is the main source for making starch syrup, which is also called corn syrup. But potato starch, tapioca starch or rice can also be used for starch syrup in the starch syrup production line. Starch syrup is widely used in fruits, wine, crystalline fruits, bread products, medicines and beer products.
What is the main process of starch syrup production line?
The production process of starch syrup production line includes: starch milk adjustment process, starch liquefaction process, starch syrup saccharification process, decolorization and filtration process, ion exchange process, evaporation process.
The first step in the starch syrup production line is to mix starch, enzymes and water to prepare starch milk of the desired density, and then liquefy the milk through a jet cooker. After liquefaction, liquid dextrin is produced, which is used to prepare the required starch syrup. The dextrin is mixed with other enzymes and pumped into the saccharification tank for several hours. Then, the crude starch syrup is produced after the saccharification process is completed. Colorless starch syrup, the crude starch syrup is degreased with activated carbon, and the demineralization is removed through the ion exchange process. Finally, the water in the starch syrup is evaporated to increase the density to meet the buyer's requirements.
Our company Henan Star can provide complete starch syrup production line machinery and equipment and technical support to help buyers profit from starch.
