The first step in the starch syrup production line is to mix starch, enzymes and water to prepare starch milk of the desired density, and then liquefy the milk through a jet cooker. After liquefaction, liquid dextrin is produced, which is used to prepare the required starch syrup. The dextrin is mixed with other enzymes and pumped into the saccharification tank for several hours. Then, the crude starch syrup is produced after the saccharification process is completed. Colorless starch syrup, the crude starch syrup is degreased with activated carbon, and the demineralization is removed through the ion exchange process. Finally, the water in the starch syrup is evaporated to increase the density to meet the buyer's requirements.
