1. Corn rice powder production of rice syrup production line
We can make the corn powder rice powder from corn rice by dry milling method. The corn rice powder is used to produce the glucose syrup directly.
2. Mixing slurry section of rice syrup production line
Mixing the corn powder or rice powder with water in the mixing tank, then put in enzyme, keep on particular time with required temperature to make sure the powder to absorb enough water.
3. Injector liquefaction of rice syrup production line
The mixed corn powder / rice powder milk is sent to buffer tank then liquefied by jet cooker with the aid of enzyme at high temperature in regular time .
4. Filter press deproteinization of rice syrup production line
Because of inside of the corn / rice slurry have too much protein, so the slurry need pumping into the press filter, after press the slurry, the syrup will flow into the slot, the protein will stay inside the filter machine.
5. Saccharification of rice syrup production line
The liquefied material is sent to enzyme saccharification tank for reaction. Maintain at specific temperature for some time , the syrup will transfer to glucose syrup.
6. Decoloration section of rice syrup production line
After LAB testing, the glucose syrup will be pumped into the decoloration tanks mixed with activated carbon at required temperature for some time. Then use the filter press to separate glucose syrup with activated carbon. The colorless glucose syrup will be pumped to next process.
7. Ion exchange process of rice syrup production line
The clean glucose syrup pumping into the ion exchange columns, inside the column resin will attract all the cation and anion and other small electron, then will get very pure glucose syrup for people eating.
8. Evaporation of rice syrup production line
The pure and clean glucose syrup have very low density, the vacuum evaporator can evaporate glucose syrup inside water to outside increase density at very short time. When the glucose syrup concentration reaches the technology requirement, then it cools the temperature and enters into the final product tank for storage.
9. Final glucose syrup storage
The glucose syrup which reaches the certain density in the evaporation process will be pumped into final product storage tanks for storage. The final product tank can keep the glucose syrup purity before transportation.
