b. The DW (dewatering (thickener)) step separates the moisture in the pulp and keeps it at a concentration of about 30%, and then enters the next step;
c. In the RF (refine) step, the pulp is carefully rolled to make it the same or similar in size. In addition, the long fiber pulp separated by LLC method enters the following steps
a. The FS step separates impurities such as plastic from the pulp, and enters the next step;
b. In the DW step, the water in the pulp is separated to keep the concentration at about 30% and then enter the next step;
c. DISP (dispersion) step, the pulp is rough-rolled at a temperature of 70-95 degrees Celsius, so that the fine substances that cannot be filtered, such as grease, are evenly distributed in the pulp, and then enter the next step;
d. In the RF (refme) step, the pulp is carefully rolled to make it the same or similar in size. The above steps are based on shredded paper as raw materials, which are more expensive and time-consuming to collect.
