First, the cassava is peeled and washed. Put the harvested fresh cassava tubers into the cassava peeling washing machine, and then the machine will automatically peel the cassava. During the peeling process, the cassava tubers can be cleaned with a hose.
 
Secondly, cassava grating. Use SIDA stainless steel cassava grated and peeled cassava tubers. After grinding, the machine can automatically separate solids and liquids. Coarse grinding can ensure that the cassava flour will not be lost in the bag in the dewatering area.
 
Third, press dehydration. After grinding, put the wet tapioca flour into the bag, and then put it into the body of the hydraulic press. Then, SIDA's hydraulic press will automatically press the bag and remove the water in the bag. After squeezing and dewatering, the moisture of wet cassava flour is about 35%-40%, which can be directly sent to the drying area.
 
Fourth, dry. The rapid dryer produced by SIDA is specialized in drying tapioca flour and tapioca starch. The cassava flour enters the flash dryer through a screw conveyor, and then is quickly dried in high-speed hot air. Drying can be completed within 2 seconds to ensure that the tapioca flour is not contaminated. After drying, the moisture content of cassava flour is about 12%-14%, which meets market standard requirements. in case
